The staff here were really professional. Plus, you won't believe it, but you can get the wake-up calls and use the laundry service for free! 🌟

It was an exceptional and wonderful hotel in a central area, just next door to the Metro and the main avenue leading up to the Sambadrome 3-4 miles away. The staff was nice, doing great job. We had a big size and huge room where a safe box, television and a mini-fridge-bar were available. It offered great service and excellent food too.

The value for money was great, with spacious rooms and excellent shower facilities. The hotel's location in the historical center was perfect, allowing us to explore on foot and easily access the nearby metro station. The staff were attentive and friendly, even surprising us with thoughtful treats for our anniversary.

The location is convenient for Santos Dumont Airport with a hotel transfer. Interesting surroundings to explore during the day. Good food options in the hotel restaurant and nearby. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Efficient elevators.

I loved the location of this hotel in downtown. It was so convenient to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and friendly staff who spoke English fluently. The room was spacious and clean, providing enhanced comfort during my stay. The amenities, such as air conditioning and a mini-bar, were great additions to make my stay even more enjoyable. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful sleep, away from any outside noise. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation, and the sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus for staying connected.

The location is excellent in Centro - Downtown Rio. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is really limited and doesn't cater to Muslim/Kosher requirements (so for example, they display plain omelet and omelet with ham in adjacent trays where guests keep using the same spoons to serve themselves, thus eventually the ham reaches the plain omelet). Also, there are no labels next to the trays, and most cold cuts are pork. It's also the same breakfast everyday so it gets boring after 2-3 days. There are limited toiletries (soap, shampoo, & conditioner) but you have to pay for extras like cotton buds!!

The hotel was a great choice for a Christmas stay. The breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious and well-stocked. The hotel is located close to stores, museums, and dining options. the lobby staff was beyond helpful and accommodating.

The noise level outside of the hotel was quite high at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The rooms themselves were a bit dated and could use some updating.
